Solved how to undo wrong allocation data?

Specs: Windows 7
i accidentally formatted my 8gb ram USB to 64kb allocation, how to undo it? my flash disk is now a RAW with 0 mb of data on it, and windows kept asking me to format it but it always failed

I already tried cleaning thru cmd

You can't format RAM. You probably mean USB flash drive? How do you accidentally format? There are usually several mouse clicks involved plus the "are you sure?" message. What file format did you use? I'm guessing by "64k allocation" you mean cluster size?
