You'll have to get the built-in keyboard fixed or replaced.

Bad idea including your email address on a public forum - - expect loads more spam in your inbox - - and Computing.net doesn't provide help via email anyway so you included it for nothing -- lol

- echoing phil22... "never" post avalid, active mail address or other personal details, including login/password content, in any open forum. To do so is to become a victim of scammers, fraudsters and more... Edit your post to remove your email address.

To start with, it was not the key board. And i did get in to the bios and fixed the problem. Thinking that my putting email in my message was a joke was nothing more than a mistake. lol

It's more or less our norm here to warn about email addresses and other personal info; and equally the moderators will delete them too when necessary.

Incidentally, if the problem wasn't with the keyboard, what was it? Always useful to know for benefit of others who may discover this post at some future time whilst havng the same problem...
