How to access wireless printers?

Specs: Windows 7 x64
So I've tried sooo many 'solutions' and haven't found one that works yet. Basically, I have a Desktop, Laptop, and 2 wireless printers on the same network. Both computers can access the internet no problem. Both computers can ping eachother. The Desktop however can ping both the printers while the Laptop cannot. I want to be able to print from my Laptop, but when I try to 'Add Printer' no printers appear in the dialog box. Desktop has no problem printing to either printer. (Note: Laptop has no problem printing PnP.)

If you are using a wireless router for wireless printing, you must install the printer driver on every PC & laptop that you wish to print from.
