Gettng blue screen often

Hewlett-packard Pavilion dv6-2150us note...
December 10, 2010 at 19:51:48
Specs: Windows 7, Intel P7450 @ 2.13 Ghz/4GB
I keep getting the following after a blue screen appears:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000d1 (0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000, 0xfffff8800608fa45). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 120910-23977-01.

Anyone know how to break this down. My guess (based on other posts) is a driver. I performed a complete restore on the system and all of my drivers seem to be up to date. The laptop is only 1 year old.

The system attempted to access pageable memory using a kernel process IRQL that was too high.

The most typical cause is a bad device driver (one that uses improper addresses). It can also be caused by caused by faulty or mismatched RAM, or a damaged pagefile.
