Why such a long post just for a problem with a card reader???
All that device data you posted was useless and uneccessary, and information that would have been helpful you didn't include!!

(Such as, is it a built-in card reader or an external one?).

If it's built-in, you can find it's driver on the Everex website, but if it's external usb card reader you don't a driver for it as Windows supplies it's own generic one.
