I am not able to access my fingerprint reader in my laptop.

error E7210005 occurring while enrolling my fingerprint.

Try re-installing the associated driver and software. You can download it from Lenovo support. Go here and select your country in the drop-down box at the top:

I have done the same thing what you mentioned earlier,even though my problem is not solved so what to do?

Create a new user account with administrator privileges and set the password. Log off and try to log in with the new user account.
