DVD-RAM does not recognize DVD's onnly CD's

Specs: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, 3.333 GHz / 959 MB
Toshiba Satellite A65-S1069 Windows XP Pro SP3 With MATs---A DVD-RAM UJ-820S( CD-ROM,CD-R,CD-RW,DVD-ROM,DVD-R,DVD-RW,DVD+R.DVD+RW,DVD-RAM Multi Rewritable).reinstalled WinXP Now when I tried to install driver for this DVD-RAM I get(Error In installation) a section of installation services INF Is not valid, but it will play CD's,My CD copy of windows XP Pro will boot up but a copy of windows 7 that I want to install wont-says no bootable disc found tried removing upper and lower filters which it didn't have anyway,uninstalled (D) drive in hardware manager rebooted and it just installed standard windows CD-ROM,even though when I Try to install it my self from menu I can see my driver there but to no avail I get error message as above toshiba website is a sham they tell me talk to MATs---A/PANASONIC People with no response...please someone help this is going on for weeks I want my windows 7 I even have it as ISO on my hard drive can I install from there NERO Burning says I need to copy it on DVD as it wont fit on CD

I don't think you will get any help here installing a pirated copy of Windows 7.
