drivers needed-intel extreme2 ver.

Specs: Windows XP, 512ram
i installed win 7 on my pc and now i drivers of my vga chip i.e. 82865g. i knew the version for win 7 and vista . its intel extreme2 ver. i tried finding them but i didnt get . pease help , my brother is scolding me for upgrading win.

The correct drivers will be on the PC or laptop maker's website.
If they don't have Win7 drivers for your model, you can try the Intel website here:

If they don't have the Windows 7 driver you need, try the Vista driver instead.

Before you install Windows 7 on any PC you are supposed to check for possible driver problems and other issues by first visiting the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor page here:

You should not just rush into it & hope it will work!

i got the drivers , but theres no exe or msi file to extract them. i went to device manager<display adapters<standard vga graphics adapter and clicked twice at it. then clicked at drivers tab and then clicked update drivers. Then i selected " browse my computer for driver software". then i clicked on " Browse" and selected the location. Clicked on NEXT. Then it says " the best driver software for your device is already installed-standard vga graphic adapter. then it restarts the comp. but even now the drivers manufacture is microsoft . plzzzzzz hep , anyways than in advance
