Now I could buy a new one but I wouldn't mind getting this one going if possible .cheers RLT

✔ Best Answer
http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/suppo...

http://www.canon.co.uk/Support/Cons...

are two sources for the drivers for that printer... The USA site appears a little better laid out the UK one?

Suggest you locate the manual and download/read it; and also download the "latest/current" drivers from the site...

The way the drivers are installed is very specific with Canon printers; so again read the idiot's guide/manual carefully...

Also it's highly unlikely any laptop will have printers already installed... You have to do that yourself... Sometimes Windows will have a current driver - sometimes not. Better overall to supply them yourself and follow manufacturer's instructions.
