i'm having trouble getting my 26 inch rca tv to maitnain the correct aspect ratio from my pc. I'm using dvi to hdmi, but i can't get it to run the 1366x768, the only option on my driver close is 1280x720, that runs fine but it chops off the top and bottom, is there a special driver i need to use?

ok now it starts the setup, but stops saying that one or more files are missing and cant continue, i just put this optiplex back together, and a friend gave me a tv that had a burned diode, i simply replaced the diode, and wala nice comp with nice monitor, i had to install a harddrive, and i used the window software and driver package that came with my inspiron 9400, is there something i missed maybe?
