Specs: Windows 7
Windows 7 64 bit doesn't support my palm Z22. Can't hotsync. Was told to get an irDA wireless connection. Now need to download driver to make it compatible for Windows 7. Does anyone know where to find it?

I have tried that support function, but you have to own a palm phone and give them the number and carrier in order to get through to an operator I have a palm pilot. Z22

So if I had Windows XP (service pak 2 or 3 - I'll have to look it up) then I set the compatibilty mode for the same?

Bottom line is that Palm has abandoned us loyal Palm users (1995 for me). They don't and have said in forums that they won't offer a driver for window's 7.

Or will they? What would it take to get them to reconsider?

... look up ir port in the manual

... to me if the pc has ir and so does the palm switching to ir mode turning it "on" should just work, maybe its not a driver issue!
