If you tried everything you may try reformatting your computer, it may be a cause of a virus. I repaired a laptop and also my pc with the same problem no sound even i installed the right drivers, but after format everything went back to normal. Just make sure you have all the right drivers prepared before formatting.

Sometimes, sound drivers appear missing for various reasons. Your audio device could have been corrupted due to an unexpected shutdown. Have you recently installed a new software or performed an update? Or it's also possible that it has been replaced or removed by other recent software installations or removals, microsoft updates.

Have you tried to scan your computer? Even computer viruses can remove your normal functioning audio driver. Whatever the reason is, there are still ways you can do to recover sound driver missing. You could recover it either by performing system restore, using your device driver to install a new one, or going directly to your manufacturer's website to get the correct driver.

Have you tried reinstalling your sound drivers? I think there's no harm trying that. You know, some programs suddenly stop working like they used to do because they get corrupted. Viruses are just one of the major culprits when it happen. Or it could also be possible you have an outdated driver, try to check your manufacturer and see if they've got the latest sound drivers.
