Solved crash in gaphics driver

Specs: Windows 7, 2.33ghz
"i have a dell studio 540 pc, i installed win 7 n it intstalled all of the drivers by its self,now sometimes the screen flickers n windows says it has recovered a crash in display drivers, what is it, should i install drivers by myself?"

Sounds like Windows installed a similar but incorrect driver. You will need to go to Dell's website, enter your service tag and download the appropriate video driver.

i downloaded the driver,now got a problem. while extracting the file it gives the error "this self-extracting zip file is part of a multidisk zip file.please insert the last disk of the set"

Yes. IMO, you should always install the drivers yourself. And not just graphics drivers, ALL drivers - chipset, audio, network, etc. Win7 was released in 2009 so any drivers on the disc are already 3-4 years old. Do you have an actual video card or are you using the integrated graphics? Regardless, the latest drivers will be found at the manufacturer's website. Depending on what you have, it will either be AMD, Intel, or NVIDIA.
