First of all, changing the file system will erase all files on the drive, so move your files off first. Once the Pen Drive is empty, go into Computer, and right click on the drive. Now click Format. Select the Fat32 file system and off you go!

RAW isn't a real file system type. Windows reports it as such when it unable to read the drive or determine it's file system. Try formatting the drive, If that fails it is most likely bad and needs to be replaced.

Flash drives are the least reliable of modern storage media and should never be trusted for long term storage of important data. You should always have another copy on some other media. Having a singe copy of important files is asking for trouble.
