cassette mate windows 7 -

December 6, 2010 at 21:25:36
Specs: Windows 7
I have installed cassettemate driver but cannot display access to user interface - the right hand side of the window is "cut off" and I can only see the "record/play button"
Please help a pensioner with limited computer savvy! I have tried changing resolution to no avail. I have Windows 7 Home Premium and an ACER G245H Monitor.
Thankyou.....

Like you I bought one for Windows XP. My PC went bust and I now have Windows 7 with the same problem. I am at the start of a solution and it looks a good one and FREE. Download Audacity 1.3 Beta from http://audacity.sourceforge.net/dow... I have hardly used it myself but it works in Windows 7 and looks like you can do many things with it.
Good luck

I too have the CassetteMate, but WinXP and the window is cut off as you said. I cannot change any of the settings as the tool icon isn't visible. Other than that it seems to work okay though. The recorded files are available in \My Documents\CassetteMate record files.
The Audacity s/w is an editor and I don't think it will solve the problem we're faced with. I downloaded it and don't see where I could record from the cassette player using that program.
Anyone? A little help here?
Thank you.
