can i increase vga memory??

Specs: Windows 7, i5 2.53GHz/4GB
i have 64 mb dedicated video memory (intel hd graphics video card)
the shared video memory is 1632 mb
can i upgrade it?
or can i add Nivada or ATI video card to increase the graphics performance??

Look inside the computer and see if there is a pci express/II slot for you to add a separate video, if there is, adding a good card will help with performance. The newer CPU's are starting to build VGA right into the cpu chip which is pretty impressive performance I hear.
