how can i add atheros realtek driver to xenserver. or by pressing f9. what do i need to do. how do i get xenserver to recognize the nic

Is that NIC on the XenServer Hardware Compatibility List?

im guessing its not as it doesnt see it when i try install xenserver. the reason i want it is vmware is slow under nfs and iscsi with nas4free somthing about async writes ganna try zil (write cache) drive

First thing I would recommend is checking the HCL. It may be easier to buy a supported NIC. If that fails, or you must use a particular NIC, then the Xenserver forums would probably be the most productive place to ask the question.
