32GB instead of 80GB ????

Specs: Windows Vista, 1.80GHz Intel Pentium E2160 Dual Core
I am currently using a Samsung SP0802N HDD with windows Vista !!! Only thing is when it comes up under My Computer ,it is only showing as a 32 GB HDD instead of the 80 GB HDD it is specified to be !!! WHY ?????? Can anybody give me a solution ???

You formatted as FAT32 which has a 32GB Limitation, see:

No !!! Honestly I had formatted the hard drive in NFTS or whatever it is !!! What was wrong is there was a J46 jumper installed and if you have any jumpers installed whatsoever when utilizing this hard drive , it will limit it to only 32 GB !!! Once I removed all the jumpers ,it went right up to 80 GB as soon as I rebooted !!! Amazing !! Figured this one out all by myself !!! I would like to thank anyone who offered or posted a reply for all their help !!! Thanks Again !!!!
