A DOS bootdisk is simply a floppy disk with the system files (io.sys and msdos.sys) on it. It is usually derived from another DOS-based machine by formatting a floppy and typing "sys a:" at the "C:" prompt (transferring the system files). Or you can try downloading and then creating the DOS bootdisks from the link (if the machine runs DOS, then it doesn't have to be version-specific just to boot):

If, on the other hand, you want to install DOS on the machine (assuming it has a hard-drive), then you'll need to locate an entire set of DOS installation floppies.

Yeah and what kind of floppy drive does it have? I believe that has an 8088 cpu so the drive is probably a 3.5" 720 K or 5.25" 360 K.
