Trying to remember the name of a "multitasking" task switching program that was out before Windows 3.0. It was more functional than a simple memory resident program like Sidekick.
Quarterdeck Desqview comes to mind. It was pretty neat. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DESQview
I thought of "TOPDOS"- but more of a shell/TSR, never used it. I did use Desqview.
Thanks. That was it.
I remember "the other one"- IBM Topview, I knew there was a "TOP" in the name. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IBM_T...
Not as popular as Desqview, and- I never used that one. There was also Desqview-X which was the graphics version.
