searching folder name and renaming in a tree

Specs: Windows 7
hi all im dinu,
i got a standard dir tree structure of 5ooo
folders.now i need to search and print the
parent folder name which is not falling under the standard
tree structure...(i.e.the name of one or many
subfolder(s) may consist "supfolder1" instead of
"subfolder1").it means subfolders have spelling mistakes.....pls anyone can help me....
tks well in advance frnds.......i need it

I have no idea what that means but it probably has nothing to do with DOS.

Try the win7 forum.

might try this:
@echo off >fix.bat & setlocal enabledelayedexpansion
for /f "tokens=*" %%a in ('dir /s /ad supfolder*') do (
echo %%a
>> fix.bat echo ren %%a subfolder*
)
