problem with executing and terminating app

Okay, so I'm hoping maybe one of you can answer this easily. I have a simple batch file that opens up an application and then another batch file that terminates the application after a certain amount of time. I tried using taskkill or tskill. This works as I anticipated, however I reach a problem when the batch runs to run the application after it has been terminated with taskkill. A dialog box opens up basically saying that the program was terminated incorrectly and to proceed you must answer yes or no to report the problem.

Is there a way to get around this with some kind of command to always answer No in the batch file that opens the app?

Can you post a snippet showing how you invoke the application in the first batch file?

Also please post a code snippet containing your instructions for killing the process.
