Print to File

Specs: Windows 98
Running an old program in DOS. Program has
an output option to Print a hard copy of data.
Current DOS print settings are through LPT1.
Would like Print outputs to be written to a file,
instead of to an actual printer. In other words,
is there a way I can redirect DOS away from
trying to print hard copies on LPT1, and
instead simply output files (i.e. TXT files)?

In the 'DOS Power Tools' from PC Mag [circa 1986] there's a small util called prn2file[?]. I probably have it somewhere. I'll look.

Sounds good, is there no way to do it without the utility? No complaints as long as I can get it done, just curious. What is the link that you provided in your response?
