Hi all,

my winxp.gho image can be in any ntfs partition other than c drive.

Is there a way to determine which drive ghost image winxp2.gho is located before executing the ghost command ?

Please advice and thank you.

current batch file
GHOST.EXE -CLONE,MODE=PLOAD,SRC=1:2\winxp2.GHO:1,DST=1:1 -RB
GHOST.EXE -CLONE,MODE=PLOAD,SRC=1:3\winxp2.GHO:1,DST=1:1 -RB
GHOST.EXE -CLONE,MODE=PLOAD,SRC=1:4\winxp2.GHO:1,DST=1:1 -RB
GHOST.EXE -CLONE,MODE=PLOAD,SRC=1:5\winxp2.GHO:1,DST=1:1 -RB

Not clear, but I suppose this bit:

SRC=1:2
SRC=1:3
SRC=1:4
SRC=1:5

tells where the image is, with X:Y beiing drive:patition.

Not a DOS issue in any case. [DOS won't read NTFS.]

You may try the XP or programming forum.
