Hi ,

i have an requirement like copy the few files in a directory into a single file , am aware of copy command Copy/a file1.ext+file2.ext target.ext .
But in my case i have to wild card characters to get filenames like ABC*.ext
since my source files names
ABC_12200110.ext
ABC_12200111.ext
ABC_12200112.ext
ABC_12200113.ext
ABC_12200114.ext ------

i need to copy all files into a one file like ABC.txt.

Any suggestions ???

[1] Those are not DOS filenames.

[2] Not much point in using /a.

copy abc*.* biggy
