how to configure Realtek NIC on DOS?

Specs: DOS
Hi,
I have 1 software which works only on DOS and uses network for its functionality.
Earlier, the software was configured on P-III machine having Intel NIC adapter.
Now I have upgraded it to P-IV with Realtek 8169/8110 Family Gigabit ethernet NIC card.

My software uses Pathworks and MS LANMAN too. I downloaded NDIS2 drivers for this NIC.

I don't know how to configure/install it in DOS... :-(

I have a Realtek 8139 net card and use Arachne web browser in DOS, with this batch file:

@echo off
c:
cd\
lh c:\internet\pcipkt\pkt8139 0x61
cd C:\INTERNET\ARA
call arachne.bat %1 %2 %3 %4
cd\
c:\internet\pcipkt\pkt8139 -u

The file pkt8139.com is the packet driver for Realtek RTL8139 family PCI/Cardbus fast ethernet cards.

For Arachne, you use the packet driver for Realtek8169/8110 Family Gigabit ethernet NIC card.

Addition:

For MS LANMAN the process is analog: Replace the Intelīs NIC adapter drivers for Realtekīs drivers into your batch file.
