What make and model is the device, and what do you mean by "DOS mode"? What do you see on the screen?

I'm not sure about dos within android but under normal circumstances to get out of dos and back into windows you type EXIT and enter at the blinking dos prompt or just close (x) the dos window.

Are you running DOS in android, or are you running android in DOS? Please provide us with more details.
