Solved Command prompt won't work

January 30, 2011 at 13:57:25
Specs: Windows Vista
Okay my command prompt is having problems because i went and changed the path of my computer in enviroment variables so that my java compiler would work. The only problem is now that I did that, only the commands cls, exit, and cd work outside of my system32 folder. Every command works fine in the system32 folder but not outside. If I just need to set a new path please tell me what it is so I can fix this. Also I don't care if I can't use the java compiler.

Don't know, whether the PATH variable is the same in windows 7, but it should look like this:

%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0
