Specs: Windows XP/07
I HAVE EXPRESS SCRIBE LOADED ON SEVERAL COMPUTERS. MY 4-CHANNEL RECORDING WILL PLAY BACK ALL CHANNELS ON MY HOME COMPUTER, BUT ON MY LAPTOP AND SECONDARY DESK TOP, I CAN ONLY HEAR 2 CHANNELS. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG? THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH MANY DIFFERENT RECORDINGS IN THE LAST YEAR OR SO.

Please refrain from posting in all caps. All caps is the internet equivalent of yelling and nobody likes to be yelled at.

✔ Best Answer
Is the audio hardware on the other computer capable of playing back 4 channels? Check 'sound and audio devices' in control panel to see if it can be configured there--probably 'speaker setup'. You can also check for additional configurations in any audio software you've added, maybe as support for the hardware.
