Unable to upload photos from mobile phone

Samsung what? (model number) or name like e.g. galaxy mini. I am a hardware guy not a software guy but i try to help.

Facebook,its my friend been unable to upload photos for 7 months,She's e mailed them but they don't sort it out. Thank you

I'm not sure if this only applies to i-devices (iphones.etc) and androids but isn't there an facebook update that allows you to upload photos, not sure, if you,ve got an facebook app, try updating it. I am a hardware guy not a software guy but i try to help.

Cant find anyway to do this,the fault is with facebook,friend not got new timeline yet. Facebook say they are working on a problem but then nothing is done and then they never reply!! Friend used to be able to upload photos.
