Hello my fellow Computing.net'ers. Any have any recommendation based on experiance, for an IP camera that I can use to broadcast meetings on the Internet, with audio.
- It only needs to be one way for viewers on the Internet to just be able to view and listen in on meetings..
- Probably no more that a half dozen or so viewers for now.
- Preferably a camera that has HTML code so you can embed the video in a web page and just click play.
- Need to be able to support common players like Windows Media Player and Quicktime.

I've look around but haven't find any that seem to directly address all these needs and would like some feedback from anyone who's actually done it. Thank you in advance.

Assume that I already did an Internet search.

I recently set up a security system that used Swan brand USB cameras. I was very impressed with the quality of the captured video. I used a freeware application for the capture/recording of the video. The software included features that may suit your needs (streaming, email alerts, etc). I can't recall the name of the software right now. I'll have to look back in my records and see if I can find it.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Thanks for the input, Sci-guy, but I'd still prefer an IP camera that I don't have to slave to a nearby computer for broadcast.
