If the photos are on an SD memory card, buy an SD card reader and plug it into your computer's USB port. Now remove the SD card from the camera and put it into the card reader.

You can buy an SD card reader at any camera shop and it does not need a device driver for Windows XP as it's a plug-and-play device.

If the photos are not on a memory card but they are on the camera's built-in memory, you will need to install the Polaroid software that should have been supplied with the camera.

Unfortunately, if you don't have the software, I cannot find any Polaroid website where this software can be downloaded.

"I did try that" - not sure what you tried as #1 gave two suggestions.

Please confirm whether the photo's are on internal memory or an SD card.

If they are on SD card what exactly happens when you try to read the card directly using a card reader (assuming you have one)? If you browse the photo's from My Computer, can you see the drive and what file types do you see? They are usually jpg if they are photos rather than videos.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

on the SD card , there is a little tiny switch on the side that locks the card, slide that the opposite way and see if that works.

Heres a picture of the switch.

san1, just download Picasa Free from Google...then have it import the pics from either the camera or the card...it works great.
