Drive "A" is reserved for a floppy disk drive. Are the pics on a floppy disk?

If they are not on a floppy disk but they are on a CD, you need to change the drive-letter for the CD drive.

Go into Control Panel > Admin Tools > Computer Management > Disk Management.

Right click the horizontal ribbon representing the CD drive & choose "Change Drive Letter and Path"
