JPG file damaged, corrupted or is too large

Specs: Windows 7
I have a mini sd card, the problem is I can not view the pictures. When I put in my notebook, windows tells "Windows Photo Viewer can not open this picture Because the file appears to be Damaged, corrupted or is too large. How can I solve this?

You can't solve it as such. The card is corrupted so you need a new one.
A damaged file cannot be made undamaged.

Don't continue to use the card in your camera, it will just get worse.
