Reduce the screen resolution is the only way I know, but that will make everything larger, not just the thumbnails.

right-click on the desktop and then-left click on "Properties" from the context-menu.

Click the "Settings" tab.
Drag slider to the left by a small amount.
Click 'OK'.

You'll have to alter it a few times until you get it to what you need.

This option will not work for my project because when I take a screen shot of the photo collection they will all shrink to their normal size when I go to resize back to the desktops normal size... Any other suggestions out there..?
But thanks anyways phil22 ;-)

Here is what Im trying to do... I went to the survivor website and copied all the participants photographs and saved them in a folder with the Thumbs view enabled... I was then going to take a screen shot of this folder once I had all the photos however the photos need to be a little bit larger to be perfectly viewable...
if I printed it in its present state, it would look like blobs of black ink because im not printing in color, its going to be in just the black ink only.... this is why I need the pictures just a little bit larger... so if you have any ideas on how I can accomplish this please do let me know so that I can make all my co-workers happy campers... ;-)
