there's no good of removing voice from an audio track, you'll never get the desired effect.

try searching for an acapella of the song instead

You might find a 'karaoke' application. However most remove the voice not the music.

what is the name of the song? You should be able to find a good midi of it and then just convert it to an mp3. Musicians understand what you are trying to achieve :-)

Adobe Audition does a fairly good job at removing vocals and works better than most other audio editors that use the generic sum and difference method. However, it is still not perfect. And don't even bother trying it on an MP3, you need to do it from a clean wave file ripped from the original CD.

The only way you can truely remove a vocal from a song is if you had the multitrack master recording.

I agree that Audition is one of the best, but it still can't remove the vocals completely.

Best bet is to find a midi file of the song. You can use software to change the midi instruments, in order to make it sound a little better. Most midi software allows you to save as either mp3, wav, or both.

just type in the name of the song into google search like this:
(song Name) midi sequence
leave off the ( )

If you would let us know the name of the song, it would help on a search..... as you said it is a classic persian tune

That's all I could find, yes, I do understand what you are saying. Because it is a song in another language it will be much harder to find a midi sequence

you really need to find if there is an instrumental version of this i'm afraid, and as XpUser4Real says, because it's not in a common (english) language it's going to be pretty hard to find.
