Most likely the files are copy protected. We cannot help in circumventing this.

Have you tried AudioGrabber?

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

MP3s do not have DRM so they cant be copy protected. Audiograbber is for ripping CDA audio from CDs, it probably wont work on a DVD.

If they are just plain old MP3s, cant you just copy and paste them to your hard drive?

Those are not mp3 files, that is the standard structure for a DVD.

You can use a program like the ImToo Audio DVD ripper to create mp3's from the disc.

If the DVD ripper cann't work for you, you probably can use an audio recorder to record audio from DVD as mp3 files straightly.

The one I am using is called Streaming Audio Capture. It can capture call streaming audio on your computer as MP3, WAV, etc easily.
