How to convert Seattle FilmWork FD to a JPEG format?

Specs: Windows 10
I want to read Seattle Film Works picture files from old Floppy Disks and convert them to JPEG. I don't mind paying a reasonable price for the software.

What is the extension of the file you wish to convert? For example, if the file name is 'picture.xyz', what is xyz?

--Yes but it's a dry heat.

Here's some info about the file format.

Irfanview can read those files and convert them to jpg. Irfanview is free and contains no adds or malware.
