I guess you mean this:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KJC...

Another way is to find another recipe using Google, highlight the recipe text and save it in Word or Notepad. Then amend that while watching the video - it might be easier than typing it up afresh. I'm not much of a cook, is this even close?:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

If you can pause the video while the recipe is on the screen and then hold down "Alt" and hit "Print Screen" (a key usually in the upper right portion of your keyboard). This will make a "Screen Capture" of the active window. Now you can run "Paint", click on "Edit" and "Paste" or "Paste Special" and it should create a BMP or JPG of the recipe. This is not very efficient but it should work. Good luck!

Thanks...the recipe is not actually anywhere on the screen. So, i don't think this method will work. I do appreciate your advice though.

I assume the video is like most cooking shows where they rush through the ingredients so quickly you can't keep up? Check this for ways to save the youtube video to your computer:

If you watch it enough times you should be able to get all the details.
