How do i fix a format issue?

Specs: Windows 7
I'M TRYING TO SEND A VIDEO TO A WEBSITE AND IT'S FROM MY DOCUMENTS HTML 108KB TO A WEBSITE. IT COMES UP AS WRONG FORMAT

Convert to the correct format, and it appears your CAPS LOCK is stuck !

If the size of the file is only 108kb then I seriously doubt it's a video file unless its extremely short. What format is the file and how long is it?

It's a short music video of my nephews---one song-so I'm guessing that is short. It is 108 kb but not sure what you mean by what format? Sorry I'm not at all knowledgeable about said subject.

Ok something isn't right here, a short music video should be at least several megs in size even at a very low bitrate, probably closer to 20 to 30 megs. What you have is definitely not a video file. Where did you get this file and what is the extention? You mentioned something about HTML. I'm guessing you've downloaded a web page and not the actual video on it.
