First download, unzip and run their "Chip Detection Tool" while the Firstline 6 device is plugged in to the computer.
Write down the chip model that the detection tool shows, then download the driver for that chip model from the list on the above web page.
Remember to unplug the device from your computer before installing the driver, then plug it in after driver installation is complete (or when it tells you to plug it in)
All device drivers for any device, laptop or desktop PC are free if you download them from the manufacturer's website. If you are asked to pay for a driver it's because you are on a rip-off website which has nothing to do with the manufacturer. Don't use those websites.
