The TDC-15 is considered a toy camera. Only 100k pixels. What happens when you connect the USB cable? It should be detected as a storage device.

Sure, that's an old camera and never intended for WIn 10. When you plug in the camera does it show up as one of the drives (maybe set it for viewing pictures)? If so browse the drive and see if any photos taken on it are there. They will most likely be in a DCIM folder. If it runs from a memory stick then put one in first. You might not actually need a driver if you are prepared to work that way. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
