Cheaper way of watching Streaming Video

Hi Guys, long time no see. Look, I have a 3G modem (Huawei) with just 1000 MB per month to spend, too bad I know.

I would like to "see" some online tv streaming videos, Tv online and others, but if I do this my MBs will gone in just hours. But with online radio is totally different, hours to listening and just a few MBs spent.

Is there a possibility of: 1) See streaming video with VERY LOW QUALITY so this would be cheaper? maybe tweaking some adobe flash player options?

or 2) In some page of streaming video, like justin.tv (or youtube maybe) is possible configurate flash player to "show" me only audio? so the video data will not eat my poor data transfer?

Just audio is fine to me, anyway, I work everytime in PC and have no time to see TV, but just listening will not affect my job.

May yo help me? I hope I could effort Wide Broadband whitout limits, but I live in a place where this is not possible, just 3G, and I cant pay for more MB, not now.

Thanks in advance friends

The only video quality options available to you are those provided by the hosting website. You'll find the quality options under each video if the website provides them. You can't adjust quality in the flash player settings to fix it permanently.
