|Greetings: For over a year, my Samsung [HTS] E5400 has been connecting to Netflix, Vudu, Hulu Plus, etc. via Smart Hub without problems. However, now I get the error message "Cannot Connect to the Internet. Check network settings and Internet connection status by selecting 'Settings'>'Network'>'Network Setting' or 'Network Status'". However, when I check my Network Status, the internet is connected fine.|
I have performed a Smart Hub reset, as well as hard reset to the blu-ray player, unplugged, replugged cords, etc. Internet works fine in the rest of the house, and I can get to the Smart Hub screen, so the device must be connecting to the Smart Hub server via the internet.
Am using a wired connection. But have retried/reset the internet connection with wireless and wired. Same result.
Firmware and software are up to date.
Any ideas? Thanks!
