My Samsung Blu-ray player (model BD-F5700) has been working fine for almost 8 months but up until now has shown a black screen every time I select the Netflix app...I have reset the blu-ray player, changed DNS....talked to samsung and netflix and so far no fix...All the other apps work fine on the blu-ray player and netflix works on other devices. I have looked all over the internet and I was hoping someone would have a solution for me. Also I can't deactivate netflix because all it shows is a black screen and freezes the blu-ray player. Please help!!!
I have the exact same issue for the past month. We recieve 3 or 4 calls from samsung all telling us to do the same thing. One employee even argued that it was impossible to be connected wirelessly even after explaining that we bought a devise that allows us to go wireless. I get nervous when it seems i may actuall be more tech savy then the technical "experts." If any one has any idea how to fix this that would be great. All other apps work and stream from internet just not netflix. It is like it needs to be removed and reinstalled.
