Specs: Windows 8
Even after rebooting from installing Nero 2015, a 'reboot pending message' always pops up. How do I solve?

It could be to do with Windows Automatic Updates, not Nero.
Windows updates often require several reboots but you have to let it reboot automatically otherwise the update(s) might not install properly.

If all else fails try this:
Power off, disconnect from power and remove battery too if it is a laptop. Hold the power off button down for about 20 seconds to discharge the mother board capacitors. Re-assemble and see if it help - it has been known to help at odd times.

Just for info, what is the missing bit in your subject line, after:
installing reboot val

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Yeah it's not a Nero problem. If rebooting several times doesn't clear it up it may be stuck in a loop. Apparently one cause can be logitech software:

Or you may want to temporarily uninstall any logitech software you have.

There was some mention that 'reboot pending' messages might show in administrative tools--event viewer but apparently no one with that problem checked there.

Sorry. It must have gotten cut off. Reboot validator was the missing portion.

Can you confirm whether this is a legitimate version of Nero rather than something downloaded using Torrents please? It's just that googling often points me in that general direction.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
