Specs: Windows Vista, intel pentium dual cpu e2180 @ 2.00GHz 2 CPUs 3070 ram
Hi guys. For about 2 weeks I have been trying to find a solution to a run time error I have been having with Magix Music Maker 17 Premium. Here is a screen shot of my error:

The error pops up when I load up the client. Right when I load it up.. it will pop up the error. The error can be ignored but its the most annoying error on the face of the planet. specially when the company Magix has terrible terrible tech support for their software... You have to purchase a stinkin card to even use phone support. If serif had a music maker software.. Id get way better dag gone support.

I have purchased the product and and have registered and even tried finding patches for it. And I about fed up with this runtime error. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get answer for this product. I tried asking a question at yahoo answers and the question got deleted.. and before that someones question also got deleted. I do not know why. If I dont find an answer, I will hate to do this but I may just have to take it back and get my money back seeing how they give a 30 day money back gurantee. Im not gonna buy something when the company dont even give perfect tech support. I cant even email them because my account wont even log into their system. Its a messed up system.

DO THIS TO FIX RUNTIME ERROR!!!!!!!! Go to Programs Files\MAGIX\Music Maker 17 premium download etc.\ and double click the 'Online' folder. Now create a new folder inside the 'Online' folder and call it 'temp'. Put ALL OF THE .DLL files that you see in the 'online' folder only inside the 'TEMP' folder. Restart pc and run program. I haven't had the error pop up since!!!!!!! Good luck.
