What's listed as my t.v isn't. I have a samsung 8000 series.

I have a samsung internet t.v and a blu ray player. I ran an ethernet cable from my router to my t.v. I purchased a splitter. On the one side is the ethernet cable from the router and on the other two sides I plugged in the ethernet cable from the t.v and the ethernet cable from the blu ray player and it doesn't work. Only one device will get internet. Any suggestions what's wrong. I did purchase 2 splitters and tried both.

If you have a router then you should be able to use many ethernet cords at one time. So the best thing to would be to use two different ethernet cords in two different ports from the router. The router usually only assigns one ip address per port, so that is why only one device at a time is working most likely the one that was turned on first. Hope this was helpful.

How do you play a BluRay movie from your Win7 PC 64 player through the multi-line router (has two DSL connections and two blanks) to the BluRay player's LAN connection that is connected to the TV by HDMI?

What format should the BluRay file be in? I have an internal BluRay player.

What software is needed?

How do you set up the router?
