Firstly try turning off the TV, unplugging it for half a munute then trying once more.

Otherwise go through the set up procedure from the manual, selecting your network name and putting in your Wifi Password We can't give any more detail without knowing the make and model number of the TV - they are all different, although I doubt that is really a surprise.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Thank you so much Derek. Unfortunately I have lost the manual and not sure of the make and model number of the tv. However I will try turning it off and see if that helps. Thank you.

The make and model number should be on the TV somewhere.

Yep - that's the one. Here is a manual:
https://manualscollection.com/?D=TX...

Best download and Save the file (click the pdf file near the top). Assuming you are using WiFi, rather than an Ethernet cable, the details of setting up - see my #1, are on page 16. The first step is to find your network.

Hmm that's what it said it was - obviously not when you go there. Try this completely different link instead:
https://www.richersounds.com/static...

EDIT:
Links seem to be playing up on here. Even tried from another computer. The link comes straight back onto here but on mine (using IE) I can still download it - Save option comes up at bottom of screen. See if you can get anywhwere with it.

Just in case I've put the file up on a website as well. You should be able to get it here as a file to Save:

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
