An f6 code pops up then shuts down my device how can I resolve this issue possibly u can help it is a Panasonic sa pt 960 I just bought it hoping I can resolve the issue

Here's the closest answer I could find, it's possibly a shorted speaker connection or power supply.

Are you sure the error is F6 and not F61?

I don't know the device but in the manual for error F61 it only suggests checking the speaker and cable connections. Presumably if they are OK then you have to delve inside, which is the province of an expert.

Keep watching here just in case someone comes along who knows a lot about
the inner workings of these things.

There are more google hits about sc pt 960 (rather than sa pt 960, if that's correct).
